VCUArts MFA Thesis Mailer 2023

Publication, marketing, print, motion

Each year, the Anderson Gallery hosts the VCUArts MFA Thesis Exhibition showcasing the cumulative efforts of the MFA students across seven disciplines within one building. I was tasked with producing a printed object which functions in three modes: a mailer, a brochure, and a poster.  To accomplish this, I conceptually linked 3D computational rendering with the act of distinguishing one's interest in an artistic discipline. I chose primitive 3D shapes in Blender -- shapes that are the foundation with which a user can create with -- and linked that symbolically to the departments of VCUArts.
